I ordered items for £170 and chose 2 items for £8.5. I got my money back but £19.44 was missing. I contacted the chat and was told me it is a handling fee. With such a large order, I do not look in subtotal to they hide something. I need pay so I pay. I advise you to be careful what additional fees they add, because instead of paying £17 I paid £37
In my opinion, additional fees should be given more precisely, like a delivery rules

Hi. I go to pick up my package, but the last name is written wrong and I can't pick up the package. said to contact you. should be - Zygaityte. and the computer is shown to them - Ygaityte. one letter is missing, what should I do now? I can't collect my package. I am very disappointed in shein...

absolutely disgusted! ordered over £90 worth of clothes with my daughters with the money from family and friends for their birthday (matching outfits for them as they wanted) 4/5 items missing, contacted customer service with proof via picture of what arrived and labelled what was missing only to have a reply a few hours later to say there is no missing items! no reply to say the missing items will be sent out or refunded so now needing to go through the bank with the proof given to try and get a partial refund. Tried customer service

two things I have learnt about Shein today that you should be aware of:

1. They say orders over £35 free postage. It's not true. My order was over £160 and I got charged £41 handling fee. My order was over £250 as doubled up on some items due to sizes being a bit strange.

2. When a large order is delivered, it comes in a few parcels. When returning them in a few parcels, you only get one label. The post office can only scan it as one parcel. If you parcels do not arrive together chances are that you will only get refunded for one parcel. Today I am £90 down on a return that was sent in 2 packages.

I have kept a handful of items, that should have been cheap but due to the handling fee and not getting a full refund have turned out to be expensive.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone. No phone number, no e-mail address. I have managed to find one via google but contact details are shocking and their automate BOT is beyond useless.

Clothes are great, but be aware of these issues if making a return/purchasing a large order.

I have ordered A LOT of clothes and other items from SheIn. I haven't had any issues with them at all. I haven't needed to return anything so can't comment on refunds etc.
Their designs are gorgeous, so many I would buy. The price is fantastic. I think people need to ge realistic about quality for price. They aren't pretending to be a high end fashion house, after all.

Ordered first time on this crappy website and unfortunately will be the last; i ordered 22 products on the 27th of April for my mommabear's birthday which is today; the 12th of May and has not received any of them!!

According to the tracking, it has arrived in the country since the 3rd of May and was supposed to receive them by the 8th of May but in vain!!! F Nothing!

When i contacted them, they told me perhaps i have to pay tax that's why it's not coming BUT HOW WILL I KNOW if nobody contacted me to pay for it? Or it hasn't been mentioned anywhere by the tracking. How will i know how much i have to pay and where to pay????

Without mentioning that's a long time from the 3rd of May till today; 12th of May!! Very POOR service!!! Don't rely on their stupid date or tracking for getting your delivery on time!!

Hot garbage of a company, customer service is non-existent. The chat bot is useless. 1 of my orders was supposed to arrive on the 6th, it’s been “out for delivery” this entire time, and I cant even change the address for the other order because it wont give me the option. NEVER AGAIN order from Shein. 🗑️🗑️🗑️

I love SHEIN. I order often and with no issues. I get my packages in a timely manner and have returned without issue. I love the clothes!

Just had another great order again mostly jewellery great quality and really cheap

For some reason I can’t order the clothes I want m🤨but by looking through the reviews that is a good as they look like the quality is awful so I have saved myself time and annoyance

I expected poor quality due to the prices but a couple of friends said they'd had some nice items so I tried them but the quality was indeed garbage. Not only that but they spammed the hell out of me, sometimes twice daily! I unsubscribed several times over 2-3 months yet they just kept on sending me spam so I complained and they "fixed" it but, weeks later, I was STILL getting spam so I had to delete my account in the end. Don't bother with these guys, waste of money and data security.

The app is so easy. So much selection. Great prices and discounts. Returns are also very easy and refunds are made fast. Quality of some of the fabrics isn't great. However for the price, overall great.

This was my first and probably last I ordered from SHEIN!!!!

I have returned an item to Shein on the 27/4/2023 and still not received my refund, I have proof of refund from post office.
I have tried to speak to an agent but it is all automated and goes back to original page that is of no help at all.I have also seen the answer from yesterday but that doesn’t work either. We need to speak directly or Shein need to upgrade the website.
